  What a lovely gem on Tamborine Mountain with fabulous views. Authentic Eastern European food and Polish beer - hard to argue with that. We had lunch on a cool July afternoon. The restaurant has a lovely wood fireplace and cosy atmosphere. Service was good. It's not very big inside, so I recommend you book in advance if you want a table during busy periods. Outside is obviously weather bound, but share your afternoon tea with the lorikeets. They love a bit of sugar.

  Used to be a lovely restaurant for any event. Added drone shots from what it now looks like (July 2017). Rebuilding is occuring this year apparently.

  I'm sad to report that the restaurant has been destroyed in a fire in December 2016. The owners have vowed to rebuild. Here is my original review for posterity. I will update if a rebuild goes ahead.

  We have been to this cafe today (5 March 2017), unfortunately the whole cafe building has been demolished and that's a construction site now, I am not sure whether they are rebuilding the cafe or going with some other projects.

  Great atmosphere. The birds made it even better. The hot chocolate was probably the best I've ever had.
